Digital Products

All digital product sales are final. Due to the instant delivery and nature of digital content, refunds are generally not available once products have been downloaded or accessed.

Exceptions: Refunds may be considered within 7 days of purchase if:

  • The product is significantly different from its description
  • Technical issues prevent access to the product
  • Duplicate purchases made in error

Social Media Management Services

Ongoing Services: Monthly service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced for that billing period.

Setup Fees: One-time setup and onboarding fees are non-refundable after services begin.

Prepaid Services: Unused portions of prepaid service packages may be refunded on a pro-rated basis, minus any setup fees and completed work.

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us at admin@opalwavemedia.com within the applicable timeframe
  2. Provide your order number and reason for the refund request
  3. Allow 5-7 business days for review and processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
